La Union is known for its beautiful Botanical Garden in San Fernando and well recognize Surfing Station  in San Juan, and many people are amazed of it. But La Union is not only known for that it has also the best bands in the philippines. With so many bands emerging in the music scene, we can say that it has always been the same, same old kind of music, same kind of oldie songs, sometimes boring in the ears of most musicianzz.

But thankz to the talented bands of La Union, they offer differnet kinds of music, different recipes of soundz. MAny unheard bands are considered great and had so much talent or often called as underground bandz.

Accolade is one of them..... Consisting of three great mUsketeerzz Oooopzz!  They joined forces and formed their group and called themselves as "ACCOLADE". aCCOlade means "Praise Given", which means just a litlle respect and little accolade coming from the people may satisfy them in playing their great music at their very best......

ronald "dimebag" is the current Vox and dRummer  of the band. He is a former Bassist of "PENCRASH" w/c was formed in the early year 2000 and quietly accomplished some great awards... Then became vocalist of the "SWITCH" band that conquered the music scene way back year 2001 to 2004 in La Union and known for their energetic performances onstage and great music called "HARDCORE" followed up by some local bands to play same kind of music... "SWITCH" also receive their greatest achievement  when they joined battle of the bands in BAGUIO CITY held in COOyeeeSAN MALL and won as CHAMPiON in the said event... And this is one of a hell wish of dimebag for his current band right now...

jayson is the great lead guitarist of the band, he often like to play jazz, metal music.... He is a great guitarist in a way that in just 1 hour he will be able to analyze the song and play it right away... A great guitarist with a great heart of a musician.. He is often considered as one of the best unheard guitarist of la union, with the way he plays his guitar you woudn't imagine that he is the one playing it... He is a very humble person in a way that he dont want to be praised or be recognized, he just want to play his blend of music. He is also a former guitarist of "PENCRASH" band.

Robert is the "Astig" guitarist of the band, he plays the likes of metallica, megadeth, slayer and all other metal musics in the world, He is busy working in manila right now as an IT specialist of SAN BEDA COLLEGE, even though he is far and quite busy some time he still manage to make songs and cover songs in which he band plays so whenever he comes back he is always ready to play with the band and give them a shot....... He is a one of a hell a gifted CHILD with so much talent and brain.... BEAUTY AND BRAIN este talent AND brAIN!!! nYAKS!!! Les Mundos El GiTarista roBERT!!!!

Jeffrey  is the bassist of the band.. He is a very humble man with a very talented fists.. if you dont know him personally, you woudn't know that he is a very talented bassist... With the way he dressed up very simple, you woudn't realize that he could play the music of a metal song, alternative and lots more... He is just a simple computer business man that turned out to be a great bassist in just a short span of time.... He does not have the blood of musicians from his family but it has now started in him... Music is what makes him go rocking all day.....

This band has a unique style in playin their music,.. with the metal soundzzz that they offer in which it has been unheard in the past years, now you will be able to hear it to them... to all metall maniacs, its now time to get out play and enjoy with the ACCOLADE's...
